This policy explains what Launch My Own App ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit this site or buy a Build Call, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: support@launchmyownapp.com.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

Your name, email address and phone number when you buy or book a call. Anything you tell us on the call or by email.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, expiry or security code. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits.

Information collected automatically

Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how far you scroll, which links you click, and website interaction signals such as dead clicks, rapid repeated clicks, navigation patterns and script errors. With your analytics permission, Microsoft Clarity may also create privacy-masked session replays and heatmaps so we can diagnose technical problems and improve the website. Payment, phone, OTP and form details are masked. Some information is stored in your browser so the page behaves consistently between visits.

Advertising data

If you arrived from an ad, we receive information about that ad and may share a signal back to the advertising platform confirming an action was taken (for example, a purchase).

2. Why we use it

To take your payment and schedule your call; to deliver the service and support you afterwards; to contact you about your app; to measure and improve our advertising and this website; to detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Marketing

If you buy from us we may email or message you about your app and about related offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about a purchase or a booked call.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage and advertising pixels to keep the site working, remember your progress, measure ad performance and understand how the website is used. Microsoft Clarity receives a denied analytics-storage signal and can operate in a limited cookieless mode. Payment, phone, OTP and form details are masked. 5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it: our payment processor, our email and messaging providers, our scheduling tool, our analytics and advertising platforms, and our hosting provider. They are required to protect your information and use it only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

6. How long we keep it

Purchase and tax records for as long as the law requires. Contact details until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Analytics data in aggregated form indefinitely.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain uses, ask us to restrict processing, or ask us to transfer it to another provider. Email support@launchmyownapp.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

8. Security, children and transfers

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
